i'm not sure why though. it seems to me that it's definitely some sort of bug, and a bug that no moderator can fix for you. i would maybe file a support ticket and see if one of the admins can straighten it out or at least, if there is a reason for it, tell you what that reason is.

i'm guessing this should still be brought to Admin attention, as it's obviously a bug of some sort that likes to rear it's ugly head at random.
