Yeah, the kava just has me all fucked up and off-kilter right now... I guess I didn't need to brew up 2.5 ounces for the night's dose

I mixed 2 cups of milk, a few tablespoons of vegetable oil, and the kava powder in my blender, and let it run on the lowest setting for a few minutes, then poured the sludge into a glass.

Pretty much exactly like if I'd been toking and drank a couple beers, only a little spin-ier at the moment. Not like actual full on spins, but feeling seriously inebriated.

I did gulp down a fat gourd of yerba mate (which has some MAOI properties), so that may be contributing to the kava being so effective.
