This whole week, sitting around a lowly pine tree, all I wished for this year was a REAL fuckin' tree to sit around. I want a Super Silver Haze for a Christmas tree next year!
Merry Xmas to everyone here, and importantly to all of our fiends and family that are being held prisoner for the fucked up laws we have.

it was good! did some amazing skiing at Aspen/Snowmass for a couple days, and tonight went to a big dinner party/ jam at a family friends house and got to play hours of bluegrass with some incredibly talented musicians and stuff my face. hung out with the gf for a bit just now, contemplating smoking right now, or just passing the fuck out....

Good, got to eat my mom's cooking and thats always delicious. Got myself a LCD Tv so thats pretty fuckin sweet. Aspen sounds sweet I have always wanted to go somewhere like that and go skiing. I might have to give snowboarding a chance one of these days though. Although I am pretty good at skiing so I might just stick with that.

that's exactly how I feel about it. I've been skiing my whole life, so the 3-4 years where I decided to be a snowboarder just pissed me off mainly. I can ski literally anything on the mountain, but on a snowboard I eat shit on blues. just did nothing but make me mad the whole time.

It's very frustrating for the first year and most people just give up...
Once you get over the hump of being comfortable with everything it becomes much more enjoyable than skiing from what I've heard from my friends. I have a couple that ski but most of them board. It feels similar to surfing when you have a good place to ride and good snow.
