I'm using coco and flora nova bloom right now...its in the 1st week of flowering...what additives do you guys recommend using?
what do molasses actually do...and does it work for non organic coco setups?

I use Flora Nova Bloom with Koolbloom liquid the first 3 weeks.
Then I use both with Koolbloom dry/powder for weeks 4 and 5.
Then just Flora Nova bloom with koolbloom dry/powder up to flush.
I love the results, check out this grow log for more details.

I say stay away from the molasses. Some say it works, but I've had not so good results using it.

really? I've had amazing results with it. I did a side by side comparison one grow, and the results were astounding to me, and every grow since I started using it has been the best grow I've done to date. nothing but good to say about molasses..... how much are you using? are you using blackstrap or cheapo "light" molasses?

I was using blackstrap at 1 tablespoon per gallon mix of nutes. I dont know if that was enough or too much. I couldn't find any info on amounts when I was usin it. I'm willing to try again, what was your dosage?

Here man I was busy as hell the last few days.
Keep in mind it needs some work, but is what I did this grow.
Ten to 14 days just water and 1 ml per gallon Super Thrive.
Week 1 of veg I started at 2.5 ml per gallon Flora Nova Grow, 1 ml per gallon Floralicious Plus, and 1 ml Super Thrive per 3 gallon at 5.8 to 6.4 ph.
I have vegged for up to 3 weeks with that in the past in case you wish to veg longer, but I only vegged for a week with this plant I'm growing.
Week 1 of flowering 5ml per gallon Floranova Grow, and 5 ml per gallon Floranova Bloom, 1 ml per gallon Floralicious Plus, and 1 ml per 3 gallon Super Thrive.
Don't change out res until week 3 just added 9 ml per gallon Liquid KoolBloom.
Week 4 and 5 flowering I used 8 ml FNB, 4 ml Liquid KoolBloom, 1 ml Floralicious Plus, 1/4 tsp Dry KoolBloom per gallon and 1 ml per 3 gallon Super Thrive.
Note that the first two days of week 5 I ran gravity for two days at 2 ml per gallon with 1 ml per gallon Super Thrive.
weed 6 and so on I used 10 ml FNB, 1/2 tsp Dry KoolBloom per gallon, and 1ml Super Thrive per 3 gallon.
I plan on flushing with Flora Kleen for three days after 50 to 60% of the hairs are colored, and then 4 days of just plain water.
I hope this helps.
Side note I also used gravity at week 7 and 9 just as I did in week 5.
I also have been using 1 ml per gallon Purple maxx from week 3.

that's about how much I use too man. I don't know what went wrong for you. could be you had a small colony of malignant bacteria in your soil that just boomed in population numbers when you added molasses. that's all I can think of

I was using an aeroponic setup, but I'll try again later down the line. what brand were you using?

If you use coco, You should be using a Cal/Mag from the get go.
But, plants use a lot of both Calcium and Magnesium during flowering.
So give it a lil more.
Also a Humic acid will unlock the absorption abilities for Calcium.
So i also suggest that.

Hydro stores is where I usually get them. You can find almost any nutrient online to buy. Just google the ones you want. I guarantee a site selling it will pop up.
