if it's a fast flowering indica, and you're south enough, maybe start from clones?

its never too late to start growing outside...
well obviously b4 winter...
but itll just mean your plants go into hyperdrive flower mode...
if you want to veg a plant for a while, i wouldnt plant any later than end of July

no veg time, that means from the moment the seedling, or clone, gets sun the time of year is such that it will be in flowering. So if you flower a 1 inch plant you're gonna see some small ass plants and buds. If you wanted to plant that late i would try to figure out a way to get going in june or so with some seeds or clones and get them vegged and sexed. That way when you plant them they'll at least be big enough to give you a decent yield.

yeah bro, if you can get a plant to 5" or 6" inside and throw it outside it'll be a decent little yield.
in flowering is when that plant packs on some weight, so you might end up with an 18" +/- plant by harvest
and 5 or 6 of those will set u up riiiiiiight nice
