 Non-alcoholic Glycerin Tincture

Ingredients:
1: 2-3 oz of finely chopped herb
2: 1 pint sized mason jar
3: vegetable grade glycerin
4: 120 - 140 micron cloth (cheese cloth works great)
Ok......here is what you do.
First, finely shred your herb into the pint sized mason jar. Once all of your herb is in, fill the rest of the jar with the glycerin. NOTE: Make sure you have "vegetable grade" glycerin, as regular glycerin can make you very ill. Once the jar is filled with the herb/glycerin mixture, simply seal it up and shake/roll/stir (only with wooden utensils) for 15 minutes. Mark the date you sealed the jar, and for the next 60-90 days, make sure to shake/roll/stir your tinc at least 2-3 times a day. After the 60-90 day time period, strain out the solids from your mixture and enjoy!!!
