growing in closet????

getting a present for a grower lol anyway would this be good?? the closets pretty small..im thinking 400w HPS everythings bought off amazon haha.. plus foxfarm ocean forest soil, foxfarm nutes complete kit, mylar, and getting rockwool and clonex for cloning.. swims also gonna get 5 fem seeds from nirvana thinking ak 28? does it smell ?? whats the least smelling strain?

how small is this closet? I think the rockwool and clonex are kinda pointless if it's a super small closet, because you need an entire separate area for mothers and clippings.
