Looks like you might have an LED light setup based on the ambient light.
Lets hear some specifics? Room size? Lighting? Medium? Age? Strain/Clones?
I'm curious, others will be also.

ummm, it is under a 150 watt hps I have another hps with 150 but i figured why set up 2 for just one female???
i think it is a hash plant strain grown from seed
it is in some horrible soil, i discovered too late...got some good soil for next time around,
doesnt seem to be forming much in the way of resin though? I have been hangin sticky traps like crazy cuz i cannot get rid of the whiteflies but they seem to be under control at least. I am a very occasional smoker (just had my first puff in 10 months last week) so i figure i should be good to grow and cure patiently and try to get the best out of my first attempt here!
I am in week 4 of flowering right now, it is very slooowww growing it seems, i am gueesing that is the shit soil ( some sort of organic stuff i had layin around)

add the other 150w hps, 300w hps is more suitable for flowering than 150w.
i would also transplant into some good soil if it wasn't already the fourth week of flowering.
I'm not sure but I think you missed your window for transplanting.
