Prepared documents, while I'm sure would be appreciated on the forums as well, should really be posted on the Main Site for maximum exposure. This will also help build the Growery's core content which will in turn attract new visitors.
To add or edit documents, you must be logged into the forums, then use the control tabs on the bottom-center of the given page. So for your new tek, you'll want to find the section where you believe your document best fits in (or you can add a new section/sub-section), and click the +Add New control tab towards the bottom-center of the page.
