that statement wasn't meant for the female preflowers, but I have had several mothers that had no distinctive preflowers or male looking preflowers the turned out to be fantastic females. I was just trying to make sure you weren't hacking down plants based off of preflowers alone. But keep up the good work, and smoke a celebration bowl. At least they werent all male. A buddy on another site germed 10 ice seeds and got 10 males. Now thats bad luck.

i just ended up with 2 females after planting 2 seeds.
they're both different ages but both went into flowering a week ago.

don't get too excited.
i plan on using whatever i produce on making a little bit of hash.

Well I'm finally stepping into the HPS world!
Albeit i'm only bought a 150, When the time is right and this first harvest is finished up, I am going to take the CFL's out of the setup and use them for veg only, and am buying another 150 or 250 to add to the setup, although if I get the 250 I have to build another box, 1 with a 150 for flowering rooted clones, and the 250 for growing larger plants.
I've been getting great results with my fluorescent lights but I really have a feeling that they will lack the penetration and intensity I desire as a seasoned Outdoor grower. I'm used to the 1,081 watts that the sun is equivalent to, and even has a better spectrum. I want DENSE buds damnit!
Should be here around Wednesday so I'll show you guys the new setup then! I'm so fucking stoked, even though its not a 400, my floorspace is only 2x2. I think I'll be alright (@ ~30,000 Lumens/87.5w per SQ. Foot),
what do you think?

Excellent... 
Finished sealing box with silicone and painted it with the 2nd coat of white sealant.
About to transplant the 3 remaining girls to their final pots. I know its the first week of flowering but they still have a few weeks of good growth left in em before they settle into bud production.
