Yes he is. Danny Devito comes in Season 2 right in episode 1! Also, skipping is a bad idea. They often make a ton of references to events and stuff that occurred in previous episodes. Some stuff in some of the episodes would seem really weird and random to you if you skip 2 seasons. Anyway, don't - the show is fricken amazing though!
Best one I've seen so far is episode 8, season 5: "Kitten Mittens"
Also, I don't have a TV either. That's what TPB is for - filling in those financial gaps.

best show still currently running. I have all the seasons on dvd and still watch them over and over while getting high. i cant pick my favorite episode.
