I am going to be cashing in the piggy bank to be able to pay rent this month...next month though, got a roommate coming in to cut my cost in HALF!!!
Also just adopted a cat...that makes two in the house now!

She's gonna be a handful at first, I can tell, but I really like working with animals...and cats are a fun challenge.

Puppies are cool, and much easier to train, but I like that cats are independent and don't need the constant attention

Hey gang. I know everybody's asleep, but I'm not; I'm posting.
Just picked up the roomie...he got pulled over for having a headlight out and LEO said he smelled pot.
Roomie's smart: refused a search, so LEO calls me to come pick up.
I was just dozing off, so I'm just gonna stay up now through the night.
Anybody feel like keeping me company?

I've got coffee and smokes, and a comfy robe and the Growery...might as well get a jump on my daily post-count.
Its really self-perpetuating at this point, I usually have a page of active threads, and by the time I post in those, and catch up with whatever's new, I've got like 40 posts...this is becoming an addiction.

Get one with a thermal carafe rather than glass. Keeps coffee hot without scorching the fuck out of it.
Being here from day one (even if I wasn't very active at first) has really made me feel like a part of the community.
I never got that at Shroomery, so I just posted cultivation stuff, and used it to research...as soon as I perfected my mushie grows, I didn't really go back.

Definitely true. I want the Growery to get BIG, but I also worry sometimes that we'll lose this "small town" feel.
Maybe we can have a forum on down the road for members who reg'd within the first 2 years.

GOtcha beat: went to CO for a weekend, called the automated bank line, it said I had 200 in my checking...spent it-
got home to $385 in overdraft charges (that's 10 OD's for those of you who are counting) +all the money I supposedly overdrafted.
Turns out the telephone banking system isn't always realtime (in this case it was delayed by DAYS) and no, I didn't get any of that $$$ back.
