I have them in 3 gal pots with coco based organic potting soil, ewc, perlite, vermiculite....the ph is goin in around 6.3 of flora nova...and the runoff is reading 7...i will try lowering the ph to 5.5-6 to see if that helps...but otherwise the plants are growing well under 600w hps...the temps have been over 29 to 31 degrees for the last few days because of ventilation issues that r now resolved.....any other ideas?

Totally normal. As the leaf matures it should start turning dark green like the rest.

Also if you are indoors and have switched your plants from 24/0 to 12/12 and they aren't used to searching for light this will happen for the first few days of flowering and gradually pigment/chlorophyll will return.
No worries dude...
