well considering you gave us little to no info about your grow, it's kind of hard to diagnose the problem

in soil optimal PH is higher then those who grow Hydro. 5.8 for hydro 6.8 for soil.

I dunno, From the pictures of your plants, they look fine!
The couple leaves you posted up there looked like nute burn. Specifically you dripped your solution onto the leaf.
I can not blow up the picture big enough to get a good look at them leaves. Possible you just accidentally crumpled them leaves and snaggeg a ole in da leaf? Are there more then just the couple pictured? Is it spreading plant wide?

He said it's not spreading but his plants have stunted. Apparently the plants are waaay behind in what they're suppose to be like in height.

Ok, well whatever....
I guess if he knows that they are stunted and behind schedule then i would assume he should know what the problems are he is having! Cause knowing the plants schedule is pretty advanced stuff!
At any rate, the plants look fine! A couple of messed up leaves is not something to be all paranoid about. If it was a plant wide thing, then yes.

If all conditions are the same and you have done nothing different, then it rules out a lot, but not bugs or diseases. Any evidence of bugs? Check under the leaves with magnifying glass.
If so, ladybugs, praying mantis, predator spider mites or god forbid, pesticides.

I checked underneeth of all the leaves that have those burns and there are not bugs ...
...i can not understand what am I doing wrong, or whats the reason that they are stunted...
Last time when I grew this strain I was having the PPM around 1400. and the plan was perfectly fine. Now I'm at 800 and if I go higher the plant gives sign of burn ... i just don't get it ...

If it makes you feel any better, I'm hydro and I noticed the same thing today. So I would think it's definitely nute burn.

Are this first 4 pics progressions while they are still on the plant? If so how long did it take from the 1st the last pic? Where about where the signs showing on the plant, lower or mid growth? It could very well be a pest but necrotic patches can also be a sign out deficiencies.
