When ever I try to set up my avatar it says improper picture type. It says it no matter what type I use. Do I have to upload the pic to a gallery here first?
i upload mine unless i get them off the interwebz and just save it as a jpg file. then just make it your avitar and itll have you resize it and then badda bing badda boom you've done the deed. know what i mean?

You shouldn't have to upload your avatar image to the gallery here, though it couldn't hurt! We've been having some odd technical issues on and off but I'm sure they'll get straightened out in time. If this issue persists, please submit a Technical inquiry via our Support Ticket System, making sure to note your browser, the file you are attempting to place as your avatar, and any specific error messages you are receiving.
i was talking about uploading pics from like my cell phone and email and save on my computer. i dont have to upload those??? the ones i get off the internet i dont upload.
