 last minute cheap halloween costumes?

I'm not one who's all about halloween but there is a huge party in NYC tomorrow where we should come dressed or be alienated... and I don't want to spend like 60 dollars on something I'm going to wear for one night it's absurd, so, any good cheap halloween homemade costume ideas?
I was thinking a jail inmate, all it takes is a white t-shirt, some black paint, and boom! you've got a striped shirt like the old days.
That's too easy though, any good suggestions out there? I'll smoke a blunt and think on it, but hopefully so will some of you
