Oh dude, I do!!! I hack up about 1/5 of a cup of mucus filled with brown and black crap every morning, but it feels SO great!!!

Dude, the best thing I could say (at least in regard to cigarettes) would be to pick one time that you smoke cigarettes, such as after a bowl, when you get in the car, anything that's a common thing you do that you associate with a cigarette, and stop smoking during that one instance.
My wife and I, we started with not smoking in the car. That in and of itself helped substantially! Then it was the after a meal smoke, and so on... The goal here is to make it inconvenient for yourself to smoke. Also, make yourself go OUTSIDE! That right there will cut your smoking down a lot!
