 Pre-flower identification (pictures)

The flowers emerging in the top three leaf sets are very small and my greenhorn skills can't identify their sex. The calyx' are from ~.5 to 1mm in length. My guess is this plant is female because of the spherical taper in the pre-flower. No pistils are visible yet. The plant is about month old now. It's under 18 hours of 82watt CFLs 'soft white' light, probably 4500k in color.
These three pictures aren't of the same sites.

I'm also leaning toward female, but its just not definite yet...give it a little while longer and it will become apparent. It isn't that important yet anyway because they are so young.

True, it's a young plant. Growing anything worthwhile tends to bring out my neurotic side. I check the plant a couple times a day

looks male. notice the slight curl/claw shape in the pre-flower, the first nuts are dropping. could be female though.. to early to say.

I'm leaning male as well. Sorry dude. But it does look a but male at this point. Give it a few days though to be sure.

haha, i was thinking female even before i read any posts. you should be able to tell by now i'd think. that looks like a pretty healthy plant. Can you get a full body shot?

It looks to be male now, even in my unskilled eyes  Oh well. I can collect pollen and start anew. The problem is: where the hell am I going to get more seeds? I don't know any reliable sources. This is the only successful seed from a bag of four or so seeds.

what if he is in a place where seeds are legal? this site might have been coded and birthed in the USA but it is accessible to the whole world [where theres internet] all knowledge should be price free, unchained by laws and open source to everyone.

Read the terms of use man. This site is run under U.S. law, therefore it is subject to regulation under those laws. Solicitation of seeds in open forums endangers the community which is why it is against the rules here.
