Well that's what I thought too, but I believe I'm just too far up north.
I've always hunted in prime conditions, and I live in prime mush areas.  Plenty of cow pastures so you'd think cubes would be popping up everywhere, but I've found no actives.

Ontario Canada, right across the border from Detroit MI. The weather is very rainy lately and getting pretty cold now, about 43ºF during the day and down around 32ºF at night.
