I am trying to bonzai my plants.
and after I made my first cut the plants have started to do what you see above.
Can someone help me out?
There a good 4-5 weeks old now and used to look like this before I cut them.

if that helps.
Do they just happen to do this when you cut them?

Looks like a bit of a nutrient deficiency to me. have you been fertilizing? If so, when, how often, what brand, and what strength? Have you checked your PH?

well this plant I have not fed ONCE.
maybe that is why it is the worst.
I have not fed it yet cause it grew the slowest.
The other plants have had a feeding of 550 ppm
and so far one plain water watering after.
I was about to give them another plain water watering because I cut them and there not as big now.
Should I feed them all next watering?

that is the plant food I have
http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/soilfeed.pdf
this is a feeding schedule for it but I have been advised to not follow it because week 2 mix makes a ppm of 1200 which is supposedly way to high however I believe fox farm is different than most nutes.
But none the less I fed the others 550 ppm about half recommended.

and here is a pic of my soil.
My PH meter always reads 6.4-6.6 every watering.
I also use tap water but I let it sit for a good week or 2 before using it.
So you think I should give them a heavier feeding now?

I would give them all a good feeding next round (600ppm is about right) and see if there is any improvement. You may also want to raise your Ph a bit (6.8 is ideal).

I just mixed up some half strength nutes based on that chart at week 2.
PPM reads 750. PH reads 6.3 I will wait 24 hours and adjust the ph to 6.6 wait 24 hours and re check the ph and then water them.

Man, i dunno, that looks like a nutrient overload to me. FF soils usually run a bit hot, my seedlings are feeling a bit of a burn right now.

You don't need to feed plants anything if the soil you're growing is packed with nutrients (like fox farm soils are) to burn them. Plus that looks nothing like a N def. N Def starts with the leaves turning pale yellow and eventually dying out.

N Def.
I dunno, to me this isn't a case of a deficiency. The only other thing I could think of would be a PH imbalance which is causing a lockout (which, yes i know, would lead to symptoms pointing towards a deficiency). Also the necrosis on the leaves is another reason why I say this is not an N deficiency.

When I had "nitrogen deficency" thats what mine looked like before it turned yellow. But that was just told to me. I dont know if it was correct.

my ph should b have a good meter and all my water I use to water my plants and feed is ph to 6.4-6.7 always.
I re calibrate every 2-4 weeks and use the proper storage solution.

well, if you want to take the risk, dose that sick plant with a nice strong feeding of nitrogen. I still don't think it's an N deficiency, and if it's not deficient due to a lockout, the only thing that will fix it is more N. However, since the leaves have already burned, twisted, and become necrotic, even a strong dose of N won't bring those particular leaves back. It will prevent the problem from spreading, but essentially the already sick fan leaves will never rebound.
