The problem is horrible conditions. Start over; you'd be lucky to get a decent bowl off it. Plant looks all kinds of sad. What you've done is taken it from the best conditions for light; along with decent water and airation; and brought it in with horrible lights and a pot with horrible (well... non-existint really) drainage! You didnt mention where or how its grown; but i assume 0 nutes, a CFL or two; and its just sad you have it with no drainage or anything.
Start sooner out doors or get a decent pot; decent soil; a cheap nutrient system (NOT MG OR CRAP LIKE THAT) and at least par lighting (T5's, masses of CFL's, low wattage HPS) and go for a grow.

QFT man. Hate it or like it; its truth. If its not been put out of its misery yet; and you plan on budding... i hope you get enough for a blunt to make it worth it at least.
Or at very least; when you bump - answer the questions asked to help man. Cant help ya much if thats all your giving me. Any nutes? What lights? type of soil? Have you given it drainage? How much are you watering?
