Plant looks fine man.
That looks like the weight of the fan leaves pulling it down.
The turgor pressure in the leaves looks fine.

It looks fine to me.  Don't think it needs anything.

The rest of the plant looks pretty good, it just has some really long stems and heavy leaves.

I dunno yall. From this picture the soil appears to be dry.
The plant isn't suffering at all, but it could be time to water.

I see what you're saying, but the plant's behavior isn't the indicator here.
If the soil is dry, yes water it...but I think that would be intuitive.

When I stick my finger in my plants It feels packed so I break it apart and dig down and the soil is loose and feels dry like it feels new in the bag.

but my finger has light moisture on it.

I watered the sagging plant with ferts last night at 2 am.

the lower leafs perked up a bit so I figure it was time for that plant at least.

It has a history of needing water earlier than the rest anyway.

but the others I think are a day or 2 out.

but like I said it is kinda dry and I am no expert on how dry it really is suppose to be.

it def is not as dry as the surface soil.

is all my soil suppose to be as dry as that surface before watering?

like all the way through?

If it feels like it is new from the bag, yes that is dry to the point where you want to water.

The light cycle also effects the positioning of the leaves.  Watch a time lapse video of a plant and you can see this as well.  I just thought I'd mention that since no one else did.  I can't say that's the issue here, but just another reason leaf structures may be drooping a bit.
