So I'm gonna be a lifeguard this summer and I was thinking about what I needed for work...
I was also thinking about what kind of ethnobotanicals could help me get up in the morning and relax after work...
Shit I need for my Job-
A nice whistle
Sandles
A new Bubbler, Lighters and Leather
Trasportation (I might be able to bike there)
Helpful Herbs-
Kind Buds
Kratom
Ephedra
Before Work-
A little bit of Ephedra sinica tea and 1-3g dose of kratom, maybe a little cannabis.
After Work-
Large doses of kratom and cannabis.
and maybe some herbs like Gingko biloba or Eleuthero senticoscus....
What do you guys think?
Any suggestions? Any vauble Ethnobotanicals I should know about?
I'm looking for one to help me get up and one to put me to sleep, lol....

Pedicularis tea will put you down effectively.
For alertness through the day, betel nut is pretty effective, I've recently been making use of it.
