Outdoor plants arent going to finish
    #290887 - 10/02/09 11:22 PM (15 years, 1 month ago)

So 6 of my 18 plants are in the middle of flowering they just sprouted white hairs. and its October 3rd and its cold and its not going to heat up. Even if I can protect them from the frost, I cant expect to get that much more growth even if there is sun if the temp is 55ยบ

*sigh*

Yeah, unfortunately you're really running out of time.

Bring them indoors?

I would have to dig them up, they are all in a patch. Even then it would only be to protect them from the frost, I dont have any grow lights right now that could finish them.

Ouch....yeah this sucks but if you can't heat them up cause a green house will just keep the frost off of them but if they just popped hairs you got 7 or more weeks left still till they finish flowering. That is if they get the light they need to grow with the constant winter cloud cover.

After checking my plants today I may have misjudged a few plants, it looks like only the 2 big sativa plants are the only ones that wont finish. I was thinking of just taking everything off the main stem and them just making hash with some bubble bags. So its really only 2 out of 18 plants. Most of the others could use a few weeks and if I'm lucky ill get just that!
