Not sure where, but one state's court just declared marijuana tax stamps to be illegal because you cannot levy taxes on illegal transactions.

Its the old tax loop! "You can get marijuana if you have the stamp! To get the stamp... you gotta have marijuana." hahaha
I wished i could order some of those as a stamp; start puttin that one gram sacks n shit to sell...
