 How does one approach a seed bank company?

I purchased feminized seeds from a reputable source. 6/10 were males, not female, not hermaphrodites, but males, loaded with seed pods. How does one tell the company, or should I just eat the money, and try again with another?

I would email them and see what happens. Sometimes mix ups can happen. If they give you bullshit, eat the cost and spread the word. Word of mouth travels fast on the internet.

Seed banks very rarely respond to problem emails. You can do two things. Eat the cost and never do business with them again. I for one will never go through them now. I'm big into customer service.

I'm all about customer service, too. It is understandable these companies are weary when it comes to who contacts them, and inquiries into records (if they even have records). You spend the money to ensure genetic structure. I will have to spread the word, so no one else gets burnt.

They don't just use Nirvana seeds that are repackaged and doubled in price they are not suppose to charge for those seeds. They are using the Nirvana junkers that Nirvana gives to seed companies to give out as freebies with orders.
Don't expect a e-mail and if you do get one it's gonna say they can't help ya cause your in the states, or you must have done something when you grew them to stress them yadda yadda yadda.
