yes, i nominated that in the August nom thread. I think he posted it in the smoke lounge. But these nominations go by original posting date. If he posted it last month it would be eligible for that months poll. The only exception was a couple months ago when one picture was left off the poll by accident then it was renom'd automatically for the following month.
