I can tell you that putting this album on just after railing some ketamine makes for a very wild and enjoyable ride. Jimi's guitar playing is like a roller coaster and he feeds you secret messages..

I don't think he means actually in person. Rather vids of him playing live. Anyways the album isn't my favorite hendrix album but it's a good one. Favorite track on there is hey joe.

you know what i did in english class? I came to class stoned out of my mind every day, i chugged vodka in the back of class, i put dead fish in the ceiling tiles. i put a gallon of old milk and orange juice in the file cabinet before winter vacation. i brought snakes in a tied up sweater and let them loose during class. i didnt go to school to learn, i went because i had to. i didnt care, and i didn't fucking listen to that stupid bitch. and i still don't fucking care. i tore the pages out of her books and burned them, and threw away all the books in the class, two books per day.

I remember the first time I came across this album. It instantly became my favorite. I remember sitting in my buddies room and smoking some herb and listening to this shit just before we went to a party. I remember that I wore a plain white shirt and I drew a big pot leaf on it in the front and back and on the sleeves. That was my only shirt. Later that night I locked my keys in my car and had to get a ride from a buddy into town back to my house to get the spare set. I had to borrow his shirt too, cause i had to throw rocks at my parents bedroom window to get them up. THat turned out to be a kinda shitty night. But anyway, It's a great fucking album. Still one of my top 10 albums.
