so i left work on lunch got a sack pullin back into my work this lil bitch runs a stop sign hits me totals out my car of course im drivin on a suspened the popo comes he wants to search my shit gets a dog and finds a zip and half takes me to jail on my lunch break.had to post 7500 dollar bail. Went to court and them dicks gave me two years of wat they call intense probation i cant even drink for next year. wtf so now i gotta drive a hour away and pay this dickhead 30 a piss test at twice a week for 45 days then it drops to once a week for 120 days then to once every two weeks for 240 days then finally once a month they even test for alcohol plus i owe the court 1900 bucks. tn sucks.jus wanted to vent

i think its cause i live in a small ass town and i got popped before wit a pipe and some seeds but he said i looked high but i had jus got that sack 5 mins before jus ran out the night before

Ouch man, sorry to hear that. Something similar happened to a friend of mine, cept he had been drinking right before as well so they really gave it to him. Sucks about the car though.

Damn that sucks bro! What state do you live in? Whatever it is, it's one that I never want to visit. I got popped in KS and AZ and both of the penalties for that (FELONY in AZ) were less severe than that. But hey, now your community gets to benefit from a larger police budget because of this bust. pffft!

TN and it is a felony here the lil bitch was only 16 wit a learners permit but you see who got locked up and treated like some horrible criminal. then when i told the judge i had my job for two years he wigged out sayin he couldn believe i toke and kept a job so long i wanna be like 90 percent of the tokers i kno keep a job and toke when are they gonna realize tokers harm no one and function in society jus as well as the next guy it pisses me off
