Oh, i have done it!
Threatening was a beginning step, since then he has lived everything i told him he would with no improvement. And then today this!

Put him to work? Give him more responsibilities like yard work/chores, to keep him from stealing. And you'll know what he's doing and where he'll be most of the times. Just a thought
