What a bunch of lazy good for nothing Americans you all are. 300 million of you fuckers and no one has a seed bank? Add this to a list of reasons why this country is a disgraceful monstrosity.
Fuck the feds, they are a bunch of criminal cointel pro murderers anyway what will they do get a bunch of seed sniffing dogs at ever fed ex, ups and US postal service station? Come on man and woman lets get it together here. The Canadians are making the Americans look like the disdainful sloths that they are.

Ok I guess its the not more than 5 years thing that has got people. I guess if that federal marijuana possession bill gets passed we will see some internet seed banks.

I don't know about seed banks. I would never consider paying $5-$10 for a seed when I can get them almost for free from local growers or buy a clone from the club.
If I wanted to buy illegal products from illicit businesses then I would buy my weed not grow it.
If you decide to start a seed bank then have fun getting arrested for trafficking marijuana across state lines (long time in jail).

So lets say you want to do a state seek bank. I'm wondering what the penalties are in states for just seed sales? Not withstanding all of the other shit they can charge you for if you dont pay taxes.
How many seeds does it usually take to weigh one ounce? What are methods of avoiding prosecution?

u cant sell seeds bc theyll get you for possession of THC (it happens to be on the seed), intent to deliver....and prolly attempt to manufacture bc they are SEEDS. The system will always try to get as much money out of u as possible or thro ur ass in jail and waste taxpayers money.

I mostly agree with you but not totally. There are 50 states all with different laws although they are similar. There has to be a few states especially medial marijuana states where seeds banks can be successful.
In the state of New York as I see it right now the only drug penalties that you would face for shipping seeds is a class B misdemeanor. I think there is room to do this in New York. I need to check case law regarding seeds in New York and look at the inventive ways they can nail you for this public service. Conspiracy is always there along with tax laws. Although I think New York may have just implemented marijuana tax stamps.
