Terminal velocity of a bullet is completely possible to kill someone, I looked it up and multiple sites said that it was, albeit unlikely. I never said That firing a bullet up in the air you would have a 100% chance to kill someone, I skimpily said it was possible. But if for some reason you find this as a topic to get frustrated on, why don't you do the math that proves me wrong? Until then you can just be frustrated while I remain high as a kite.
