earlier i was smoking a cig outside and i hear police sirens waling in the distance. then out of nowhere tires screeching a few houses down on the main road, followed by a loud crash and people yelling. i went inside hoping whoever the cops were chasing doesn't decide to start jumping fences.
fast forward to 20 minutes later (now):
helicopter has been flashing their spotlight in our backyard about four times now. shit's crazy

Definitely invest in a firearm after this event.
I got AR-15 5.56 NATO, Springfield XD-9mm Service, and my great grandfather's 12ga wingmaster 870 with a spare sawed off barrel and alternating slug/00 shot kept for events like the one your having.

i'm not a fan of guns at all. i'd rather swing an otter at someones head than fire a gun at them. ...then again, who wouldn't?

To each their own, I much prefer it as a STRONG deterrent.
I've never seen someone that had an assault rifle shoved in their face and told to drop not comply.
However, statistics on otter's are much less satisfactory...

I tell you what I'll be damn I have guns registered and non-registered. If the pigs run up on me at the wrong time there is gonna be a shootout. I could arm 20-something people and barricade my house. Hell if they have deadly force so will I. Next gun show I'm going to buy some grenades and hopefully an AK-47 which I will convert and make a fully auto. I shoot for fun...And I hunt I have no intentions to use my guns to kill someone just so you all know I was just raised around them. All of them are locked in gun safes not loaded I'm not dangerous or anything...But I will shootout with the cops if they try to raid my home I think...Not sure I'm a pussy but I'm pretty sure I will at least fire off 2-3 rounds for the cameras.
