If it was obvious that it was broken during the interaction with the police officer i'd talk to a lawyer. just a thought. that's shitty though. Why did you pick up this insulation? What's considered public intoxication? Just saying something unreasonable could be construed as public intoxication i would think. I think people should be as drunk or as high as they want in public so long as they aren't fucking with people or disrupting the peace and flow. where you being obnoxious in any way? do you have an emo haircut?
