nothing but a bunch of  over here, no work tomorrow thankfully. we got a wicked storm last night/ this morning and we spent all day having to recover from it. fuckin sucked.

Having a cold beer as it is a beautiful sunny summer day here.
Feeling pretty good. I am a little off with my body image but hey, all is good..
Thinking that our dog may want to go out and enjoy a walk later, hes such an awesome guy! 
I feel wonderful only problem is my physical confidants..

117 degrees(probley mean time)? If so then wow! It is about 100-103 where i live.

Yep 117F, yesterday was the first day in about 3 weeks that it wasnt over 115 and that's only because we got a wicked storm that flooded every where
You guys have more humidity than we do though, makes you sweat a lot more

I have been going a fwe days w/out smoking ciggs but today alike to yesterday I am just enjoying what I can out of life. MMmm I want a smoke. I am going to need more beer but I can't find my ID I believe I left it w- my man to hang on to when we were out and about kyaking yesterday, damn thats biting me in the ass about now. lol.
What a great time. To any guys on here well just to let you know out door hikes and camping are such a great idea to take your girls/wives out for..Everyone is into different things as I am sure to be wrong with some types.
Not to mention showing happiness as and when you feel it.
okay I am faaaaaar off topic. sorry. A bit stoned I am. lol
