The trick with kava is preparing it right... if it doesn't feel like yer drinking mud, I wouldn't count on it working.
I think betel works on everybody, it's just a matter of whether you like the effects (like tobacco). The yerba mate is just a more enjoyable caffeine source than coffee (I have a couple gourd/bombilla sets to make/drink it with).

i get the kratom from iamshaman
and its like bein faded a little bit
the body not the headhigh
it kix in like 10-15 min
and worx for like 1-2 hours
