Lucky you. My surf boards are collecting dust. 
I can go, could have gone more in recent times. I don't really know why I haven't as much as I love the beach and everything about it. I used to go every weekend for weeks on end. It's always nice to hang out at one or a few beaches until you get to know some of the locals pretty well and feel at home there. Often feel into great company.
So what beach are you hitting this time? Going solo, with friends, family, chic? lol

I snowboard skate board, short board and long board. I've never really been into tricks and shit though. I like long smooth rides, deep carves etc... I love the floating on top of the world feeling no matter what type of boarding I'm doing. My skate boards have huge wheels for speed and smoothness rather than aggressive trick riding. I like to try to capture the feel of snowboarding or surfing when carving back and forth down long hills of asphalt.

Just got back.
I was in OIB (Ocean Isle Beach) like 25 minutes north of mrytle beach.
A couple good friends and me went parasailing.
Nothing like the feeling of being 800feet in the air about the ocean.
