 community service...smoke or no smoke?

so i have to do caltrans community service tomorrow (and will have 6 more days of it to do before aug 10 after that). i'm basically clearing brush and picking up trash from 6am to 2pm.
the question is - smoke right before or not? i cant decide whether it will make it better or worse lol.
and if i do smoke, indica or sativa? i've got both
i just dont know how being high and doing manual boring labor in the sun next to the freeway will mix

I'd go with sativa, i think indica is more for relaxing in someones house. Thats just my opinion though.
