going to do a small experiment at my house with it. picking up an 18gal tank tonight (free!) and will probably stick some tomato and basil clones in an ebb and flow bed being fed by the fish tank. the guy with the tank has some loaches, a ghost catfish, and a tetra in the tank, all which live in pH 6-7. perfect!
