 ....and i got a question.....over the weekend the family was over and i put my fresh picked ones in the closet for 2 days with no ventilation and checked them today and there was a little white fluffy mildew on a few of them....it doesnt look bad im just wondering if its alright.....ive never gotten mildew before because i usually have the time to set them out and dry first.....

Are you sure its mildew, Mushrooms continue to grow for like 3 days after picked and you can even clone by dropping a picked mushroom in a rye jar and the mycellium at the stem will colonize the grains, Could you get a pic Ill tell you if its suspicious, but I dont think they would be contammed your biggesst problem would have probably been rotting shrooms  need a pic dude to be sure

i tried i couldnt see it in the pic....it turned 2 caps almost white but i tried to rub it off and it just turned to powder......whatever, its probably fine i was just curious......ill make tea....
