How hard would it be for you to get Opium? Is it common in your area?
Just curious, cause it's not common where I live. I think I only know one person that has even even done it and I never hear or read about people getting busted with it.
And im talking about from a dealer/friend/McDonalds not your garden

nope. pretty much the general consensus is if you want opium u make it yourself. kinda like mescaline.

The last time I even heard that word was in the 90s.
My friends in construction had the hook up.
But he was busted around 97, or 98.
But havent even heard about it around here.

I'm going to plant my entire yard next summer...I don't think most police officers would even realize that they are an illegal plant.
Could be wrong, but I'll just say I ordered them off of ebay and didn't know...I live out in the woods so I'll be fine.

Here in Northern VA everything is close but far , ya know ?
If i truly wanted some opium i could search around but it would be at least a 2 day wait. No reliable sources

If I'm not mistaken I've read that it takes a lots of poppies and a lot of meticulous labor scoring and scraping each pod multiple times. Not to say its not worth it but it would take lots of effort.

Growing poppies is fairly easy... no harder than any other plant. To harvest opium, all you really need to do is split the pod open

It's possible, but not likely, to get where I live. But it's usually mixed with hash.

No. If you cut more than a couple millimeters into the pot you'll make it bleed into it's self and there will be no latex (opium) to collect. Latex is basically like coagulated blood.

Well obviously you aren't going to split it completely open 
All you do is make a 1mm incision and let the opium seep out and stick on the outside of the pod overnight, then scrape it off and dry it. My point was that this is not very much effort.

I used to be able to get it really easily about a year ago, now i'm sure i still could but i would have to travel and put in a lot more effort into it

Oh so when you were corrected you hurried onto google and pretty much copied it verbatum. Saying you "just split the pods open" and then saying "obviously I meant make a 1mm cut" are 2 completey different things.

yeah, true but I want to grow it. at shows and such It would be so great to share with others the good vibes but I just don't have that sort of luck right now.
