Public Access TV

Any of you ever watch it? I try to watch it on Tuesday nights because they have a show on called Hemp TV. After it was over tonight they had this other show called, "The tobyriffic show." This guy came on and started talking a little ebonics then started some early rap music and started dancing in a really stupid way.

this is the first time i've seen this show. But back to the topic. There are some off the wall shows on public tv. it makes me want to get my shit together and start a show. I wonder what it would be. im pretty boring and would do something like a roundtable discussion like charlie rose does but keep the scope limited to drugs. That'd be awesome, but no one would watch.
