 The march appeared to be a very stoner attempt... there was no actual march involved as far as I could tell... just a lot more signs, and about twice as many people smoking weed in the Free Speech Square as on a typical Saturday Market day.

There's some sort of truce in the Free Speech Square... it's only a block from the police station, but cops let people smoke openly there (at least when Saturday Market is going).
