This guy is crazy! I'm convinced he's not even human: he must be some super-advanced robot from Japan!
The only guy who i think could "Robot Battle" with this android is this guy...

"Rubber Man Dancing" from wwww.youtube.com ---- He's the guy in the Orange shirt. This is the original video I saw. Its short but mind-blowing (see it on LSD!)!
"Robot Man!" from youtube.com as well --- what I like to call "Robot Man - Protoype I".
Same kid, just when he is a little younger. Still amazing., if not more amazing then his newer one.
I found this guy awhile back in Limewire when searching for "breakdance Liquid moves". This was BY-FAR the best dancer I've seen (Besides the guy in the video you posted).
My favorite part is in the first video (where he is older) where he "breaks-down" and looks like he's "strobbing". I've tried to replicate that move, but it hurts! Its like you have to try to make your body shiver to simulate a "strobe-light" or a robot break-down to make it look good. A very tricky move: you have to be part-robot to do it right.
