Looks like something got sprayed on plant and the light burned it in. Just my guess. Had a similar looking leaf that accidently go ph down on it.
You can see it easily on the plant on the right if you zoom all the way in.

This grow is soil,FF Ocean Forest
Only water has been spayed on the leaves.
