 Is My Grinder Shitty? (Pictures)

I purchased this grinder about six months ago and haven't had any issues with the grinding part, although one of the prongs did break. I recently went over to a friends house for a smoking session and his grinder seemed to be different then mine, and much more keef producing, if that makes sense. I do realize that if the keef isn't falling through then it is staying on the actually bud.
As you can see in the second and third picture there is the middle section of the grinder. The screen is under the holes on the bottom side of the middle piece of the grinder (third picture). Whenever I put weed to grind in, it seems like the holes are very small and get filled with weed not allowing keef to fall through. I have grinded about two ounces in this thing, and the keef you see is the keef I have gotten so far, which is none. My friends was much different. He was able to put a penny in his which he would shake around while the weed was in the grinder, resulting in much more keef. From one small grind he got more then I have through two ounces.

Your grinder looks very nice. Mine was only $20 so I'm not too disappointed.

ya 20 is standard for a regular metal grinder with screen
mine has really nice threading, and the screen is really good quality
its USA made and there is no toxic metals in it
this is my fav grinder i use everyday

Some bud doesn't drop as much crystal as others...it also depends if the bud was processed first or not.
I've been using mine heavily for 3 years, a space case 4 piece grinder. My friend has the same one. She soaks here in Iso every couple of months. Her's is in way better working condition. She makes oil from the iso after. I need to do that to mine.

mine is the 4 piece with kif catcher, screen. cost me 56$. but i consider mine way better than space cases.
