Last time I checked we didn't run this site. Therefore our opinions in the matter don't have much weight in deciding what the rules of this forum are or how it's run. Wait until there's an OTD here and you can do whatever you want. It's still a new site.
Really all you're doing is making a big deal out of something that truly IS trivial. Much more so then my infractions, and believe me I'm not that butt-hurt about it or losing any sleep and I doubt many other people are about their bans either. Just relax & treat it like the pub for the time being. They'll work shit out as time goes along.

I know you're not at issue with the ban you received - that's fine and dandy.
Not everyone will be as relaxed about it as you were.
What I've been saying all this time is: If we break any non-explicit rules,
then we should be warned, and the offensive post should be edited.
We shouldn't get banned on the spot for this.
If they want this place to be like the Pub, that's fine too.
But let us know in advance that this is their intention.

Not some speech about how you should have rights and freedoms to post whatever you want, it came across the wrong way. An admin replied to your thread and that's the impression he got.
So no, going back to what you said earlier I'm not talking out of my ass & I'm not making myself look like an idiot. Because if I am, you can say the same thing to Anno & we'll see how it goes over. Go for it. He got the same impression from your post that I did, it's overly pushy.

He posted an offensive pic & got banned for it. So did I and lots of other people.
He's banned at the other site and if the ban was actually for nothing I'd say it was a personal vendetta kind of thing, a "grudge" as he put it in his post about it. But after reading that post I found out what it was for, that picture of the chinese guy eating a baby.
5 days seems like a lot for that, I'll agree.....but it's an "offensive picture" (by "pub standards") So he got banned 
Just ask for a set of rules.
