really? most net admins i know make about 30-50k/yr - 80k MAYBE if your running a huge ISP infrastructure or company with a huge IT budget.

See to me even 30k is a lot though :/ My dad has made 26k or less all my life, and supported 4 other people off of that.

I wish I had that job! down here gas station is minimum wage, some managers even just make minimum.

id shoot myself. my condo and lifestyle is way to expensive for anything under 50k  and the gf herself is known to spend half my salary before the pay day is even there.

I live in Rural Kansas, I don't even know exactly what a condo is, and I am to lazy to Google it. I assume something expensive though.

A lot of places here are hiring, but all minimum wage jobs. But then again you don't need to make much money. Saw a foreclosed 5 bedroom house that was 250 a month with a cosign. I may be buying it with my new job as a handyman.

Some of which lack the normal accommodations of an apartment. Such as community fitness areas, swimming pools, and basketball courts.
Free standing condo's are nice though because they look like houses.

Keep looking man. It took me 4 months before I finally landed this gig with the school. Still not the best job but 8.50/hr. and they give me up to 40 hours a week.
Be relentless, just keep calling managers and what not after you send in resumes/ applications. Someone is bound to notice the effort and give you a chance. Maybe not in your desired field but a job is a job right now.

Full fitness gym, sauna, pool, party room (with pool table and bar) 12 sit personal theater room, boardroom, lounge, Bbq, auto-share and tons of other shit .

I have a part-time job in a grocery store. I fix stuff that breaks, cleans stuff, and bagboy when there's nothing to do.

No job and closest to work I have had was at an assisted living facility and that some time ago.For the time being considered,disabled and haven't found the right work.
