As you wish ...
Monsanto is, by far, the leading producer of genetically engineered seed, holding 70%–100% market share for various crops. Agracetus, owned by Monsanto, exclusively produces Roundup Ready soybean seed for the commercial market. In March 2005, it finalized the purchase of Seminis Inc, making it also the largest conventional seed company in the world. It has over 18,800 employees worldwide, and an annual revenue of $11.365 billion reported for 2008.
Monsanto's development and marketing of genetically engineered seed and bovine growth hormone, as well as its aggressive litigation and political lobbying practices, have made the company controversial around the world and a primary target of the anti-globalization movement and environmental activists.
It should also be noted that they do not deal with cannabis or morning glory seeds.

pakalolo is a gogo
i just watched a special on gene modification
monsanto introduces ecoli bacteria to plant cells to invade them with the roundup ready shit. or something along those lines
they go into famers fields un announced, to test crops to see if any of the plants are carrying "their" patented genes. when they find out that the farmers crops do indeed contain "their" genes (unknown by the famers due to cross polination and such) they sue the farmers for not following their patent laws.
article 1 i believe in the constitution states that ANYTHING LIVING IS NOT PATENTABLE.
yet somehow monsanto works it way around it
they are tryin to wipe farmers off the planet so they can have a complete monopoly on the growers market.
FDA scientist advised the government agains monsantos genetically modified shit, and monsanto brought in another "scientist" to trump their findings
monsanto has most of the officials in charge of ensuring our food saftey, etc in their pockets.
they are buying out anyone and anything that stands in their way...
WTF is the matter with ppl.
basically their patent on life will trickle down into a patent on every human who has consumed and has traces of "their" product in their bodies.
YOU CANNOT PATENT LIFE
these guys must be stopped.
FUCK

theyve taken to court a few times that we should have the right to know if any of our food contains anything genetically modified.
monsanto again wins...somehow. guess theres an overly wealthy judge now...
they dont have to tell us when we're eating gene modified foods.
