It looks like it is doing great! You need to transplant it ASAP. The soil stays together better during transplant if it is dried. Also many do not like to use Miracle Grow soil because it has miracle grow fertilizer already in it, and there are better soils/fertilizers out there. Leave the yellowing leaves, wait for them to die or get mostly yellow top clip IMO.

I think it may be a fertilizing problem. IMO fertilizer should not be given at all until 2 weeks in. The seedlings are small and there is alot nitrogen and nutrients in the soil. Perhaps stop giving fertilizer and give only water and see if it clears up. How old were they when you started fert.?
Also, I see that you water when the soil is dry to the touch. When you water your plant, lift the pot after it's watered and feel the weight. Let it dry out completely and compare the weight again. The top layer of soil can dry out fairly quickly, however the rest of the pot will be heavy and still very saturated with water. How frequently do you water?

Sounds good. The weight comparison for watering works well. Also one more suggestion, you're going to need a fan if you don't already have one

Nice, everything is looking great now! I see in a picture there that you have a fan. If it isn't already, you should position it so that your plants move with the breeze. The more they move, the stronger they will get (and quicker too). They will really beef up, and your stems will thicken. They will be much more stout, and it's also good for supposed nutrient/water uptake...larger stem = more nutrients/water. Aside from that your doing well, especially for 2 CFL's.
